The Ontario Scholastic Basketball Association (OSBA), Ontario Basketball's high school basketball league for high performance student-athletes, is now accepting applications for new programs for the 2023-2024 season.

Boasting numerous graduates that have gone on to play at post-secondary levels in the NCAA, USPORTS and CCAA, and professionally at the NBA and WNBA levels, OSBA will be offering:

• Two (2) leagues for each men's and women's divisions.

Any teams wishing to participate in the 2023-2024 season will automatically be placed in the new league for a minimum period of two (2) years to demonstrate the program's effectiveness and long-term strategic planning.

The deadline to submit the fully completed and executed RFP package is Monday, May 29, 2023 at 5:00PM. There will be no extensions to this deadline, any packages received after this deadline will not be considered.

A full package consists of the following two (2) forms fully completed with all information and duly executed by the requested parties.

• OSBA Approval Form
• OSBA Request for Proposal Form

Completed packages are to be submitted elite@basketball.on.ca, and the time stamp on the email to only this email address will be considered the official submission tracker.
