16 Men's and 12 Women's programs take on slightly changed paths to be crowned 2023 OSBA Final 8 Champions.

Women's Play In Format:

• The top 6 teams in Pool A will receive a first round bye
• First Round games are to be held on or between February 20 and February 23. The games will take place at the higher seed's location.
• The winners move on to the 2023 OSBA Final 8, March 2-5, at the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre. There will be no re-seeding for Final 8

Men's Play In Format:

• There will be no "Play-In Series", moving to a 16-team elimination bracket.
• All ten Pool A teams and the top six Pool B teams will make up the bracket. 
• This structure provides a clear path to the finals and opportunities for each team, regardless of tier, an equal opportunity to win.
