The Grind Session Returns to Canada - November 7-9 at Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre

The Grind Session, the world’s premier winter circuit for elite high school basketball, is returning to Canada for the third time in less than three years, taking place November 7-9, 2025 at the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre.

Known for showcasing top prep talent from across North America and beyond, The Grind Session continues to set the standard for exposure and competition.

 

More than 400 games take place each season, giving fans, scouts, and young athletes a front-row seat to the future of basketball.

From high-flying highlights to breakout performances, The Grind Session: Canada promises three days of world-class basketball that will once again unite the Canadian basketball community.
